Note from Stuart:
A few of you have sent us e-mails, or have kept to yourself, about self-publishing your Renaissance stories. Please understand the fact that at this moment I retain the copyright to the shared world of Renaissance and the naming of the locations.
I am working on some methods so that we could work together as a collective in publishing. This is one of the news items that I have been holding back simply because it is a lot of work to get this going.
If you are interested in pursuing this (this meaning publishing on your own) you must contact me first.
Thank you all. This is only the beginning.
Hi Stuart,
ReplyDeleteHonestly never occurred to me. I just sent you an email.
I'm not thinking it at all. I like having a series just for my blog :)
ReplyDelete........dhole
I'm totally new to this all.
ReplyDeleteHey there @Copyboy - I have a dedicated page on my blog with details. Feel free to ask me about it, or any of the other hosts as well. Nice to see you here... I have been enjoying your series "Guess The Rash" ;-))
ReplyDeleteHi Stuart. I'm just dropping by from Alex's blog, and am now your newest follower, so:
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you!
Hi Matt! I'm not Stuart, but as one of the REN3 co-hosts I'd like to welcome you :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Matthew: as Li mentioned, there are four who co-host Ren3: Damyanti Biswas, Lisa Vooght, JC Martin and myself.
ReplyDeleteWelcome aboard...we'll start prepping for May soon.
Matt, I gotta know. How did you obtain the rights to all renaissance fiction? I want in. I miss-spent a lot of hours reading this genre of fiction as a teenager.
ReplyDeleteRegardless, I am now your loyal follower and am looking forward to the challenge ride come April! Nice to meet you! Live long, and prosper.
Tina @ Life is Good
Hi Tina,
ReplyDeleteHello from one of the organisers! Firstly, none of us is called Matt, and secondly, we don't have rights for renaissance fiction. Stuart, one of the hosts, is the creator of the *town* called Renaissance, and the world around it, and hence holds creative copyright of the name. :)
J.C.
It is so neat that you do this!
ReplyDeleteElisabeth: we're still working on the details with a publisher. MIGHT have to go the self publishing route. We'll see. Thankks.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and leaving an uplifting comment.
ReplyDeleteYeah I second Elisabeth.
ReplyDeleteinteresting concept
ReplyDeleteExciting development. I look forward to seeing where this is going!
ReplyDeleteHi Stuart!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say thank you for visiting my blog and return the visit :D
This concept sounds very interesting. Good luck in realizing it!
Cheers,
Jen
How wonderful to write as a group. Last month, Edith Parzefall, Rosalie Skinner and I combined our novels for a short adventure, published online. It was fun to do but hard work. Good luck to you all.
ReplyDeleteHi Francene - it was a lot of fun. Right now Rule of Three is on hold, but it might resume in the Fall. See reply below :-) Thank you for stopping by!
DeleteWriting as a group sounds interesting. What a great idea. I'm following you now. Thanks so much for the kind words about my cover and Alex's blog.
ReplyDeleteHi Ciara - this blog went with our writing project last year, which was supposed to restart in March - but co-host Damyanti also co-hosted A to Z this year and the rest of us got too busy to run i this spring. Maybe in the fall. In the meantime, we all have individual blogs which are updated (since this hasn't been) if you want to check us out there. Thanks for stopping by and following, and congrats on your book!
ReplyDeleteLove it darling!! maybe we can follow each others blog?! XoXo
